“GEMSCAB” make solid conductor (**conductor as per table below), PVC/ HRPVC/ XLPE insulated, two cores twisted to form a pair, polyester taped, individual pair shielded with Al Mylar tape along with ATC drain wire, shielded pairs laid up suitably, Polyester taped, overall shielded with Al Mylar tape along with ATC drain wire under it longitudinally along the length, extruded PVC/ HRPVC/ FRPVC/ FRLSH/ ZHFR inner sheathed, GS Flat strip/ Round wire armoured (as applicable), overall PVC/ HRPVC/ FRPVC / FRLSH/ ZHFR sheathed, 300/ 500/ 1100V grade (**cable type as per table below) type Thermocouple cable.

APPLICATION:

These cables are used for process temperature measurement. The construction is similar to paired instrumentation cable but the conductor material is different.

CONSTRUCTION:

Voltage Grade : Up to 1100 V

Insulation : General Purpose PVC/ Heat Resistant PVC/ XLPE

Screening : Individual and/ or Overall with the following options, Aluminum Mylar/ Copper Tape with Tinned Copper Drain Wire or, Braided with Tinned Copper

Inner Sheath : PVC/ HRPVC/ FRPVC/ FRLSH/ ZHFR
Armouring : GI Round Wire/ Flat Strip or Wire Braiding
Outer sheath : PVC/ HRPVC/ FRPVC / FRLSH / ZHFR
Rip cord : For easy removal of sheath
Standards : Generally to ANSI:MC-96.1, BS 5308 Part: 1&2, BS EN 50288(P-7)/2005, IEC 60584-3 & as per Customer Specification
