Building Wires GEMSCAB has developed an extensive range of PVC Flexible Wires to meet the requirement of its customers. All the products are manufactures as per IS 694:2015 and IEC 60227 (Part-I)

Industrial Cables and Wires GEMSCAB has developed an extensive range of PVC Flexible Cables to meet the requirement of its customers. All the products are manufactures as per IS 694:2015 and IEC 60227 (Part-I)

HT XLPE Cables GEMSCAB HT XLPE cables are being manufactured and tested at its Pathredi complex. The Completely Dry Cured and Dry Cooled cables are manufactured with single head triple extrusion process and provided with PVC/ FR PVC/ FRLS/ FRLZH sheath. These cables are manufactured as per IS:1554 (Part-II), IS:7098 (Part-II) up-to 33 KV earthed system IS:7098 (Part-III) up-to 33 KV unearthed system, IEC 60502 (Part-II), BS 6622-2007 and as per customer specifications

LT Power & Control Cables GEMSCAB LT cables are being manufactured and tested at its Bhiwadi complex. The cables are manufactured on latest machinery and provided with PVC/ FR PVC/ FRLS/ FRLSZH sheath. These Cables are manufactured as per IS:7098 (Part-I), IS: 1554 (Part-I), IEC 60502 (Part-I), BS 5467, BS 6724 and as per customer specification

Instrumentation Cables GEMSCAB offers wide range of instrumentation cables with various combinations. Gemscab offers solid/ stranded/ flexible tinned or plain copper conductor, PVC/ PE/ XLPE insulated, individual and/ or overall screened/ Braided core/ pair/ triad/ quad laid up, PVC/ PE Inner sheathed, Unarmoured/ Galvanized Wire/ Strip Armoured or ATC wire braided, PE/ PVC (with or without FR/ FRLSH/ LSZH properties) sheathed cables as per different national and international standards; BS EN 50288-7:2005, BS 5308 (Part-I) & (Part-II) and other relevant standards

Fire Survival Cables LPCB approved GEMSCAB “PRATIRODHI” cables are manufactured to meet all categories as per BS 7846:2015 & IS:17505:PART1:2021. These are technologically advanced cables suitable for various applications, where maintaining circuit integrity is highly essential. These Cables are halogen free, resistant to chemicals, non-toxic and emits fewer corrosive gases which prevent the loss to machines, plants and human beings. No releases of dense smoke and excellent flame retardant properties that prevents spread of fire are added features

EHV CORRUGATED & POLYAL CABLE Gemscab EHV cables are being manufactured and tested at its Pathredi complex. These cables are being manufactured as per IS:7098 (Part-III) up-to 66KV earth system, IEC 60502 (Part-II), BS 6622-2007 and as per customer specification.
