Sales and Marketing
Responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and marketing strategies of our industrial cable products. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, with in-depth technical knowledge of cable and extensive experience in the industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, increasing market share, and achieving sales targets.
- l Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote our LT Power cables, HT Power cables,Control Cables Instrumentation Cables, Fire Survival Cables, Shielded Cables, Mining cables, VFD Cables, Load cell Cables, and Flexible Cables to various industries and customers.
l Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales objectives.
l Identify and target new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential customers, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.
l Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control, to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
l Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands, providing insights for product development and marketing strategies.
l Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions
Qualifications and Experience:
- l Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BTech) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.Com Graduate
l Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles within the cable manufacturing industry/ heavy electrical products
l Strong technical knowledge and understanding of cables
l Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
l Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.
l Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
l Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Computer Applications and Software tools- MS Office, CRMs, Etc
